Renovation of Central Hall will transform this historic building into a financially sustainable Multi-Use Event + Rental Space for weddings, receptions, performances, education, life skills, and a youth oriented athletic center.
The Vision - Year-round programming to serve residents and recreational visitors alike. The upper-level Banquet Room and two (2) Luxury Apartments will blend historic and contemporary design establishing Central Hall as a One-Of-A-Kind Event Center. The lower-level Youth – Gym Center will feature boxing, youth fitness, and educational classrooms shall provide life skills.
